A beautiful hamlet in southwestern Wisconsin that has so many things going for it, but how does it protect what makes it special while it continues to evolve? That is a decision of the local town leadership, its community members and the schools and businesses in the town. That is where we help guide the decisionmakers to make good things happen. 

Also supporting naming a business "Why not Seneca" is Lucius Annaeus Seneca the Younger, a stoic philosopher of Ancient Rome and his emphasis on living virtuously by aligning with reason and nature, focusing on self-discipline, mastering destructive emotions like anger, valuing time as life's most precious resource, and accepting fortune's uncertainty to achieve inner peace and true happiness. He believed true freedom comes from recognizing our internal power over external events and cultivating wisdom and fellowship.

Kate Koziol's work as a business consultant, economic and community developer has put her shoulder to shoulder with many communities and businesses to overcome issues and support locally driven improvements. Leading her to ask "Why not Seneca, or Plain or Gotham?" Why can't every small community have a champion to help them define and achieve their goals. As a life long project manager and certified PMP, Kate is expert at facilitating conversations, leading parades when necessary, and mapping  plans for locally defined success.
